We have extensive experience in switchboard installations and upgrades; Ergon tariff alterations; data and communication solutions; air conditioning installations; and marine installations and maintenance.

Our technicians are highly skilled within a variety of industries and possess qualifications in specific areas including High Voltage Access and Hazardous Area Installation & Maintenance.

Capacity

Bellingers Electrical Contracting have currently four electricians with a view to grow as required. We have close relationships with a number of electrical contractors that can supply contract labour when requested. We are able to take on work between Airlie Beach & Bamaga and West to Mt Isa.

Fire Safe Australia and New Zealand (February 2014) – Fire safety inspections such as auditing of Fire extinguishers, Fire blankets, test and tagging of equipment, emergency lighting installation, servicing and repairs.

Metro Quays Property Management (April 2015) – Installation and maintenance of electrical appliances throughout unit complex. NBN pre-installation throughout unit complex.

Live N Invest Realty (May 2015) – Property maintenance and inspections as required.

Customer Service and Market Response

Communication and Responsiveness

As a small business we are able to provide a fast turn around service for our customers. From the initial quoting stage through to job completion and invoicing. We believe a fast turn around is essential for customer satisfaction especially on repair and service work. We offer to keep a small portion of our time each week dedicated to such jobs.

We have after hours service and can arrange emergency repairs with our electrical contracting partners by way of guaranteeing repairs.

When dealing with customers within the Real Estate industry we provide before and after photos of the work being for the clients records along with our own business records. We appreciate that many landlords do not reside near their investment properties and so providing them with proof that the jobs are completed and to a high standard is critical.

We give time estimates particularly for Real Estate customers outlining when we will be picking up keys and completion of jobs including if a job will carryover to the next day so we can keep our customers updated as to our progress and completion schedule.

Continuous Improvement

Continuos Improvement is important for us to grow as a business. We want to provide a high quality of workmanship and standard. If our customers are unsatisfied with how we conduct our business or the quality of our workmanship we will endeavour to rectify the issue directly and moving forward. We don’t want to be the largest company but we do want to be the best at what we do and provide our customers with the best.
